Marion has enjoyed long term success as a leader in the fields of recruiting and Human Resources. While supporting her husbands military career, Marion has been able to work in various industries such as education, manufacturing and human services in locations around the country. Marion's experiences with working with different industries has given her a wholistic and strategic approach to recruiting and Human Services. Meet Helen Raines-Austin, a strategic planner and expert contract negotiator with more than 21 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in California. Helen has successfully facilitated transactions for buyers, sellers, and business owners. As the former Vice President of the Alumni Association, she played a critical role in boosting enrollment levels for first-time college students through effective strategic initiatives. Her educational journey at Holy Names University was instrumental in founding COCO Corner, a 501(c)(3) organization that partnered with the university and public schools to incorporate community-based learning into graduation requirements.

Beyond her consulting expertise, Helen has also had a fulfilling career as an Appeals Officer, with over two decades of service reviewing and presenting policies, procedures, and legal points in administrative law court hearings.
